The cooking chamber, made from 304 stainless steel and featuring a base of food-grade refractory material, can reach temperatures of up to 400°C in ducted models, ensuring uniform and professional cooking results.
Clementi ducted stoves offer optimised heat distribution technology, allowing them to warm not only the main living area but also adjacent rooms. In hydro models, Clementi stoves include a built-in hydraulic system that can heat the entire home through the radiator system. Additionally, an optional kit can be installed for the instant production of domestic hot water.
