one level to another during cooking. Multiple ventilation points on both the
bottom and walls of the cooking chamber ensure even heat distribution,
guaranteeing perfect cooking on every level of the oven. All our wood-fired ovens are equipped with anti-tilt grids. The indirect-fired ovens line is designed
to optimise the use of wood, reducing consumption and increasing cooking efficiency.
