Domus wood-fired oven: minimal design, performance as always. The fire has a new home.

We welcome Domus, the first wood-fired oven without a chimney.

It has an innovative internal smoke flue system with a rear vent.
We were able to create an internal flue system that is incredibly efficient at heating the cooking chamber perfectly and making cooking much faster.

The upper flue has been replaced by an innovative rear venting system, which not only improves the functionality of the oven, but gives it a cleaner, more minimal and modern design.

Where does the smoke go? Smoke is conveyed through a gap positioned between the firing chamber and the outer cover, ensuring uniform and optimized heat distribution. The system is designed to retain heat longer, have high thermal efficiency, and reduce wood consumption (offering significant savings with each use). Cooling occurs slowly, allowing residual temperatures to be used to cook different dishes with reduced energy consumption.
