Clementi is pleased to announce that it has become a Technical Partner of the Maestro Martino Association.
The association and the president Chef Carlo Cracco have chosen Clementi and its products for the cooking school dedicated to the young talents of Italian catering. The Maestro Martino Association, inside Villa Terzaghi, promotes signature cuisine through a real educational workshop dedicated to young talents, the future of Italian catering. This is an innovative model for increasing the skills of students, who have the opportunity to actively participate in the management of a restaurant and attend gastronomic production workshops: an experience that is difficult to replicate in a normal school setting. Teaching is declined in three main areas: learning about the territory; gastronomy, white art and bar workshops; and educational restaurant. The educational course for students from hotel institutes is completely free, thanks to the valuable contribution of professionals and partner companies.
