The true heart of these four days is the show cooking program. Three key figures, each able to tell the story of fire in a completely different way — and all three will be using Clementi products.

On Saturday and Sunday, we open with Pizzalchemist, one of the most followed and original personalities in the Italian fire and dough scene. His approach — creative, technical, and never predictable — perfectly reflects the Clementi philosophy. Two days of live show cooking on our ovens, featuring surprising doughs and benchmark baking techniques.

On Monday, it’s Errico Recanati’s turn, a Michelin-starred chef and a true pioneer of charcoal grilling cuisine in Italy. His presence at the Clementi stand is not just a show: it is a lesson in the potential of this type of cooking, carried out with mastery on products that enhance every nuance.
