Barbecue sauce ingredients
- 100cl of evo oil
- 40gr freshly chopped horseradish
- A bunch of chopped fresh cilantro
- One teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 300gr of tomato puree
- One tablespoon of light brown sugar7
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 6 fresh red pepper flakes
- One chopped leek
- One clove of garlic
- 50cl apple cider vinegar
Spicy BBQ preparation with horseradish and cilantro
Take a frying pan and wilt with 100cl of evo oil, the leek, garlic, and chili pepper, deglaze with vinegar, then add all the remaining ingredients, letting everything cook until the sauce reaches a full-bodied consistency.
Strain through a strainer and serve this very pungent sauce due to the “aroma of cilantro and the persistence of horseradish also with grilled fish such as mackerel, salmon, mormoras, or fresh langoustine.
