PROCEDURE
1. Turn on your Clementi wood-fired oven and raise the temperature to about 350°C (350°F), making sure the base of the firestone is hot.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface or on a pizza stone, if you have one. Roll out the dough evenly, starting in the center and extending it outward more and more.
3. Once you have the desired shape, spread the tomato sauce evenly. Add the pumpkin slices making sure they are thin (so they cook perfectly while baking).
4. Add fresh mushrooms and zucchini on top of the squash. You can use various types of mushrooms, such as champignons or porcini mushrooms, depending on your taste.
5. Arrange the mozzarella cubes on the pizza. The mozzarella will give your fall pizza that delicious creaminess.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the surface of the pizza.
